I have been an impassioned teacher and continuous explorer in the integrative health field for most of my life. I bring a unique set of skills as a health supportive chef, yoga teacher, educator of evidence based Functional Medicine and practitioner of mind-body therapies. My approach to health and healing supports and educates people to make sustainable shifts in their self - care to prevent and treat chronic illness.

My commitment to holistic health and a yearning for a life that explores the balance of mind, body and spirit, found its roots in my childhood exposure to meditation and a lifelong passion for movement as a professional dancer.

Living and working in this field, the importance of nutrition and self-care became evident, as well as the fall out for individual’s personal perfection practices. From 20 years of supporting clients via, health supportive cooking, movement practices and mind-body medicine, I believe in an individual whole person approach to healing.  I believe that health is not simply the absence of disease, but the ease with which we embody the ups and down of our lives.

My work focuses not on the problem to be fixed or removed, but on providing a safe supportive space for a client’s co-created goals, focusing on the different pillars of health; nutrition, stress, movement, sleep, family and community.

Client’s have varied needs but share the common interest and goal of living in the real world more easefully. Most recently my interests have included my growing family of four, how to expand and care for my children in a way that fosters their thriving health. I am passionate about bringing the importance of whole health and natural solutions to families and supporting them in this process. I provide one on one Functional Medicine health coaching, private and public yoga classes, and integrative health workshops.
