Working in a one-on-one setting with an experienced teacher allows us to develop a yoga practice tailored specifically to your individual needs where my understanding of your body and mind informs the support you need on a given day. Over the last 20 years I have worked closely with couples and individuals of all ages, building practices to cope with illnesses, injuries and new life goals.

I offer comprehensive packages that incorporate private yoga and meditation with functional medicine coaching. I tailor this package to the individual; we can incorporate culinary education and working with your kids and family. 

Working with me begins with an initial evaluation. This allows us to take a detailed physical and personal history, and to address your personal goals and practice intentions.
