The SPRING RESET :

This 10 Day Reset is as much about giving your body a fresh start, as it is an opportunity to unburden our busy, clouded minds, create daily wellness rituals and re-prioritize healthy habits in service of our deeper desires.

Simplify, adding in more quality input and reducing or removing what doesn't work in your current lifestyle (not your ideal lifestyle!). 

It is having the support to reduce or eliminate some of our energy drainers:  alcohol, caffeine, excessive scrolling, dairy, processed foods, sugar and not enough sleep!  And to add back in:  self-care, mindfulness meditation, movement and a supportive community.

SPRING: Spring offers us a window to shake off any stuck, stagnant and sluggish energy from the winter months. A reset offers our bodies and minds some loving help to simplify and lighten the load for the growth and new energy that spring welcomes in!

HAVEN AT HOME ; Month long home Retreat

I created Haven at Home as I felt a need to have an entry level program, that at an extremely reasonable rate, would provide access to a deep, hands - on, program that brings together my methodology for embodied living: Buddhist teachings, yoga, mindfulness and coaching.

Four weeks to deepen your self care practices and realign with your capacity for a loving presence.

What makes this program so unique is that it is transformational for someone who is curious about mindfulness and the long time student. Because it meets you where you are.

A 3 month program rooted in inquiry, seasonal energetics and applied mindfulness practices for easing and opening into being.

The heart of my work is centered around awareness and inquiry practices that allow you to touch and be moved by the present moment.

We can use the traditional wisdom of the seasons in potent ways to come into rhythm with our lives.
