I have been an impassioned teacher and continuous explorer in the integrative health field for most of my life. I bring a unique set of skills as a Yogi, a practitioner of mind-body therapy, a health-supportive chef, and recent educator of Functional Medicine.

My approach to health and healing supports and educates people to make sustainable shifts in their self-care to prevent and treat chronic illness. My clients have varied needs but share the common interest and goal of living in the real world more ease-fully; a world moving at an increasing pace where overwhelm, exhaustion and lack of self-care seem to be the norm.

I have years of experience working with clients on mind/body practices, nutrition, addressing sleep and stress. I continue to support my client's success in all these areas.
