Feminine Wellness Retreat

If you are like many women, giving so much to others but having little time to nourish yourself, this day is for you. Give yourself the gift of a mini-retreat focused on a whole-body approach to self-care and inspired living. In his supportive community we will ex
perience movement through yoga and Nia dance, meditation for stress relief, health coaching, and mindful eating of a seasonally focused menu we cook together.
Conversation will focus on the role of nutrition in your life, reducing inflammation in your diet, and creating a healthier kitchen.
